Glamorous lifestyle women’s magazine – TW (Today’s Woman), with support from world’s finest champagne house, Veuve Clicquot and Nigeria-based Dutch textile brand, Vlisco celebrated its 7th year anniversary on Sunday, 28th September 2014 at The Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The intimate gathering featured fashion shows by 7 distinct designers modelled by 7 celebrities including Funke Akindele, Waje, Toke Makinwa, Dakore Egbuson-Akande and Lilian Nwachukwu.

Awards were given to outstanding women who continue to contribute immensely to society at large. Special Honourees include Ms. Joe Odumakin, Founder of ‘Women Arise’ for her work as a human rights campaigner and Mrs Obioma Liyel-Imoke, Founder & Promoter (MACA), an agency that seeks to elevate the status of women in Cross River State.

Both special honourees were presented with a special bottle of Veuve Clicquot’s La Grande Dame.
