Whispers of Khloe Kardashian being Lionel Richie’s daughter started when Lionel’s teenage model daughter, Sofia, who bears a striking resemblance to Khloe, began getting noticed in the public eye.

Khloe Kardashian’s mother, Kris Jenner, is said to have allegedly had more than one scandalous affair in her day, and sources reveal that Kris did have a steamy affair with Lionel Richie in the 1980’s, while she was still married to Robert Kardashian.

Another source told In Touch Weekly that Lionel Richie has bragged about his affair with Kris Jenner in the past, but could he really be Khloe Kardashian’s father?

The Kardashians are close with Lionel Richie and his family. In fact, the older girls, Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe are friends with Nicole Richie, while Sofia Richie is a good pal of Khloe Kardashian’s little sister, Kylie Jenner.

So, what would Khloe Kardashian do if Lionel Richie did turn out to be her biological father?

“She’s not going to go there and ask him if he’s her dad, [but] she does think he’s a great father. If Lionel is her dad, she probably be okay with it.”

Other rumors about who Khloe Kardashian’s real father could be have been running wild with names such as O.J. Simpson and hair stylist Alex Roldan.

Of course, if Robert Kardashian isn’t Khloe Kardashian’s biological father, the Kardashian family likely wouldn’t be broadcasting the news.
