A Buraq Air cabin crew member helped a woman give birth to a baby boy midflight.A baby born on a flight from Libya to Niger was given a lifetime of free Buraq Air flights, according to reports.

The unusual circumstances of the newborn’s birth earned him free travel, and a name — his mother named her son Abdul Biasset, after the plane’s captain, when flight crew members assisted with the surprise birth of her son, CNN reports.

Last month, another baby was born up in the air, on a Cebu Pacific flight en route to Manila, Philippines. The airline awarded the girl, named Haven, 1 million air miles.

It’s not clear where along the route Abdul Biasset was delivered.

The Tripoli-based airline has a fleet of 11 and offers service within Libya and to Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
